G Square Group has launched a massive township project called G Square Seven Hills in Coimbatore, after acquiring the 714-acre Kovai Hills development from Rakindo. The project is being developed in two phases—Phase 1 spans 406 acres and offers over 3,100 DTCP and RERA-approved premium residential plots. Phase 2 will cover the remaining 308 acres, intended for joint ventures to build villas, apartments, IT infrastructure, commercial complexes, malls, and business parks. Strategically located near the Western Ghats and Palakkad Gap, the site boasts scenic views and a cooler climate.
